GreatRummy Website and Mobile Application Refund and Cancellation Policy

A confirmed transaction is final and non-cancellable. However, at its sole discretion, GreatRummy may allow a Member to cancel a transaction and receive a refund under the following conditions:

    •  The Member submits a written cancellation request from their registered email address.

    •  If the payment was made for participation in a paid version of a contest, the cancellation request must be received at least 2 business days before the start of the relevant contest.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the agreement between SPARKLEAP TECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “SPARKLEAP TECH,” “GreatRummy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the user (referred to as “you,” “your,” “User,” or “Member”).

These Platforms are owned and operated by SPARKLEAP TECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, offering online Indian Rummy games.

Rummy is not liable to refund any amount once the transaction is processed. However, in certain cases, Rummy may, at its sole discretion, refund the transaction amount after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Cancellation requests will be processed within 15 business days.

If any fixture within a contest is cancelled or abandoned without an official result, all League entries will be deemed void, and entry fees will be refunded to the respective Members. SPARKLEAP TECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD will investigate the incident. If it is determined that funds were charged to your card or bank account without crediting your Rummy Account, a refund will be processed within 7 business days from receipt of your email. No prize payouts will be made for such voided contests.

In the event that money is charged to your card or bank account but not added to your GreatRummy Account within 24 hours of the transaction, you must notify us by emailing sparkleap2@gmail.com from your registered email address.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Mobile number
• Transaction value
• Transaction date
• Transaction ID

All refunds will be credited to your Rummy Account.
